Poor Posture and Everyday Comfort
If pain, stiffness, or poor posture are holding you back, you deserve care that considers more than just where it hurts. Expect a warm, people-first visit and a clear plan to support how you feel now and over time.
BECOME A PATIENT
A Science-Informed Approach for All Ages
Chiropractic care aims to gently improve movement in the spine and related joints; it is different from physiotherapy, which is more muscle-focused. Dr. Keegan and Dr. Michelle use Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP®), a research-informed method that takes posture and spinal curves into account when planning individualized chiropractic care. Results are not guaranteed and differ from person to person as they depend on severity and chronicity. Your first visits include a thorough history and physical examination, and when clinically appropriate, imaging may be recommended.
Adjusting Techniques Tailored for You
As a subluxation-based practice, our techniques include hands-on Diversified and Gonstead adjustments for precise joint motion, instrument-assisted Activator Methods®, Impulse® adjusting, and drop table approaches for low-force, comfortable care. This ensures every body is supported, including pregnancy and post-surgical spines.
This range of techniques allows us to adapt care for many body types and stages of life, including pregnancy and people with a history of spinal surgery, always within your comfort and clinical considerations.
Our team is also trained in a variety of methods, including Toggle, NUCCA®, and Webster.

Reasons People May Seek Chiropractic Care
Many people seek chiropractic care when they experience concerns such as:
- Chronic neck and back pain
- Headaches and migraines
- Sciatica and nerve-related leg pain
- Postural changes, tech neck, and rounded shoulders
- Pregnancy-related back or pelvic discomfort
- Pediatric concerns such as colic, feeding issues, and sleep
- Whiplash and ICBC-covered auto injuries
- Workplace and sports-related sprains
- Carpal tunnel
- Nerve-related arm pain
A Phased Plan for Ongoing Support
Many new patients start with more frequent care while they learn supportive home care, such as towel roll traction and targeted exercises, based on their needs and goals. MyoVision scans and follow-up assessments may be used to review how you are progressing. As your care plan progresses, we can incorporate postural exercises and movement-based approaches tailored to your needs. Once you’re comfortable with your care rhythm, you may choose ongoing wellness visits to support your daily activities and overall well-being.
